We would also like to express my sincere gratitude to customers who are interested in it for the first time and visiting the website.

Himotoya accepts reservations for the winter season (12/19~) from noon on August 1st

First of all, we will give priority to customers who wish to make long-term reservations (more than 5 nights), and we will accept reservations for customers of 3 nights or more from September.

Guests staying for 1 or 2 nights will be guided in order after that.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email.

Winter reservations can be made either without meals or with breakfast, but dinner is optional. We will inform you about the menu, etc. in order. Please take a look at the dinner information before staying, consider it, and make a reservation. (Please do it at least 3 days in advance for both dinner and breakfast)

We are currently accepting reservations for customers of 5 nights or more, but we accept reservations for customers of 4 or 3 nights. We are scheduled at noon on the 1st Sep.

Springtime

The bustling ski season has begun to wind down (the up-mountain trails are still skiable), and the village is filled with the chirping of wild birds and the roar of rushing snowmelt.

The pale green of young leaves, pink, yellow, white, and red flowers are beginning to change their colors.

The flow of time has become slower and slower. 

You can enjoy a relaxing trip.

Creamy Sake Kasu Cheesecake with “Ginjo Aroma

A large cherry tree can be seen from the sunken hearth lounge.

They will start blooming soon. We would like you to relax while looking at the cherry blossoms.

That is why we have prepared a cake. We will serve it to those who visit us during the cherry blossom season.

It is a cheesecake made with Daiginjo-Shu-kasu from Hokko Masamune, a local sake brewery (Kakuguchi Sake Brewery).

The cheesecake is a marriage of the gorgeous ginjo aroma like fruits and vanilla peculiar to sake lees and the cheesecake.

The texture is stickier and creamier than usual baked cheesecakes.

It has a soft sweetness and richness. Top with pickled cherry blossoms…
