Precautions for using the facilities
In order to ensure the public nature and safety of our guest house, and to ensure that you enjoy a pleasant trip, please observe the following rules. If you do not keep these promises, we may refuse to continue your stay.
- Please do not use any fire other than the one provided in the corridors and guest rooms.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire building.
- Please refrain from using loud voices, noisy behavior, or any other behavior that may be offensive or disturbing to others.
- Please do not bring the following items into the building
- Animals and birds
- Items that emit a noticeable odor
- Items in large quantities
- Explosives, volatile oils, or other flammable or combustible materials
- Unauthorized firearms, swords, or drugs
- Do not engage in gambling or any other activities that may disturb public morals in the building.
- Do not use the facilities and items in the hotel for purposes other than those for which they were originally intended.
- Do not take items from your room out of the hotel or move them to another location within the hotel.
- Do not install or process foreign objects in the hotel.
- Please do not leave your belongings outside of your room.
- If you wish to change, shorten or extend the length of your reservation, please notify our staff in advance.
- Lost and found items will be kept for up to one month after your departure.
- Please refer to the separate information for room rates, cancellation policy, and children’s rates.
Museum Information (Winter)
During your stay, you may use the entire building. Non-guests (those using food and beverages and those not staying overnight) are not allowed to use the 2nd floor, showers, laundry, and drying rooms. Non-guests are not allowed to use the guest rooms. When we confirm that they have entered the room, we will charge them the room charge.
Hours of use
- Check-in from 3:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance if you will check in after 6:00 p.m. Please check in by 22:30 at the latest. No check-in after that time.
- Check-out time: ~10:00
- Curfew: 23:00 *The entrance will be locked.
- Dining “Irori Lounge” usage and hours
- 07:30 – 09:00 (breakfast hours) Please use for breakfast.
- 11:00-18:00 (Café hours) Free of charge.
Coffee and tea are available.
You can bring your own.
(Outside of the accommodation use hours, a separate fee will be charged.) - 18:00-22:00 (Restaurant hours) Open as a restaurant.
Please use the restaurant with food and beverages.
Please enjoy beverages from the vending machine in your room.

The Rules of Footwear
Ski shoes are only allowed in the basement and the entrance dirt floor. Please remove your shoes in the following areas

Luggage management
Please keep your luggage in your room during your stay. Valuables (limited to small items) can be left at the front desk. If you need to leave your luggage temporarily outside of your stay, please check with our staff.
Cleaning of rooms
For long-term guests, our staff will enter your room to clean and collect garbage. If you do not need to clean your room, please let us know in advance.
Vending machines
Vending machines are located in front of the shower rooms. *Now under preparation.
Parking
There is a private parking lot (1,500 yen per night) for 3 cars. Please leave your key with our staff if you wish to use the parking lot. If you are unable to use the parking lot due to prior arrangements, please use the village parking lot (fee required).
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes)
Smoking is not permitted in the entire building.
How to use the laundry
Please inform the staff in advance. Use of the laundry is free of charge. If there is laundry left over after the laundry is finished, the staff may take it out. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss of laundry. Please refrain from bringing important items. Please use only the detergent provided.
Ski drying room (winter only)
There is a ski drying room in the basement. If you send your skis to the hotel, we will store them in the ski drying room. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss of skis, so please be careful not to misplace them.

There is a drying room on the 2nd floor for the exclusive use of skis. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss of skis, so please be careful not to misplace them.
