Welcome to Himoto-ya – Nozawa Onsen

Nestled in the heart of Nozawa Onsen, Himoto-ya is a tribute to the rich history of the Nozawa Onsen Dosojin Festival, one of Japan’s three great fire festivals. Once known as Minshuku Yuzawa, this beloved inn has been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike for many years.

Revitalized and reborn as Himoto-ya, we continue to celebrate the village’s charm and warmth, inviting both old friends and new travelers to discover the beauty of Nozawa Onsen. Whether you’re here to relax, make new connections, or explore the village’s rich traditions, Himoto-ya offers a cozy, welcoming space for all.

Join us at Himoto-ya, where stories are shared, friendships are forged, and the magic of the village is yours to explore.
